Abstract

 The legal discourse includes all the religious texts of the Qur’an and narratives, and in this research paper, I devoted the effort to search for the jurisprudential dimension of the legal discourses in the Holy Qur’an and the accompanying discourse of the order of rulings that pervade or pertain to a group of taxpayers.
